PLYMOUTH, Mass., Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvest Technologies Corporation (Harvest) announced that it filed an amended patent infringement complaint on February 15, 2013 in the US District Court of Delaware against ThermoGenesis Corporation (ThermoGenesis) and Celling Technologies LLC. The complaint was amended to include Celling Technologies and alleges that the ThermoGenesis’ Res-Q 60 BMC system, also sold by Celling Technologies as the ART 21® BMC System, infringes two patents for which Harvest Technology owns the rights. These patents relate to Harvest’s proprietary floating shelf technology that has been shown in studies to provide superior cellular concentration. The complaint also requests an injunction against further sales of the product in the U.S.
