YOQNEAM, Israel, July 31, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Given Imaging Ltd. (Nasdaq:GIVN) today announced the results of its annual shareholders’ meeting which was held today in Yoqneam, Israel. A total of 21,995,585 shares, or approximately 70%, of the total number of shares entitled to vote at the meeting, were represented, and the two proposed resolutions were approved.
