Financial Results For the third quarter of 2007, Genitope Corporation (“Company”) reported total operating expenses of $16.3 million and a net loss of $17.0 million, or $0.40 per share. These results compare to total operating expenses of $12.8 million and a net loss of $11.9 million, or $0.33 per share, for the third quarter of 2006. For the nine months ended September 30, 2007, the Company reported total operating expenses of $47.2 million and a net loss of $49.2 million, or $1.25 per share. These results compare to total operating expenses of $37.7 million and a net loss of $34.6 million, or $1.00 per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2006.
