General Electric Company , SHINVA Medical Instrument Company To Form $25 Million Joint Venture

SHANGHAI -(Dow Jones)- General Electric Co. (GE) and Shinva Medical Instrument Co. (600587.SH) agreed to form a medical equipment joint venture in China with a total investment of US$25 million, Shinva Medical said in a statement Tuesday.
