GAITHERSBURG, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gene Logic Inc. (NASDAQ:GLGC - News) announced today that it has selected Ore Pharmaceuticals Inc. as its new company name. The name, approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on October 23, now will be referred to the Gene Logic shareholders for their approval. This request for approval will be accompanied by a proxy proposal, also approved by the Board, to sell the Company’s genomics assets to Ocimum Biosolutions Ltd. Ownership of the name Gene Logic will transfer to Ocimum on the date of closing.
