(NYSE: FRX), an international pharmaceutical manufacturer and marketer, today announced that reported GAAP earnings per share equaled $0.08 in the second quarter of fiscal 2013 compared with $0.91 in the second quarter of fiscal 2012 . Non-GAAP earnings per share equaled $0.15 per share in the second quarter of fiscal 2013 compared with $0.95 share in the second quarter of fiscal 2012.
