May 9 (Reuters) - Forest Laboratories Inc said it received a subpoena from the office of a U.S. district attorney, asking for documents related to three of its hypertension drugs. The company said it received the subpoena from the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, dated April 20.
