SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fluxion Biosciences, Inc. announced the release of a new reagent kit for the IsoFlux System designed to provide more options for circulating tumor cell (CTC) and other rare cell capture from biological samples. The IsoFlux Rare Cell Enrichment (Streptavidin) Kit incorporates streptavidin-coated magnetic beads that can bind with one or more biotinylated antibodies targeted towards cell-surface markers on the cells of interest. This new kit facilitates capture of targeted rare cell populations that can include: CTCs, cells undergoing epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT), cells expressing a particular drug or disease target, stem cells, and immune cells.
