SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 19, 2011 – Fluidigm Corporation, today announced it ranked 218 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Fluidigm grew 425 percent during this period.
Fluidigm President and Chief Executive Officer, Gajus Worthington attributes the ranking to life science researchers’ enthusiasm for Fluidigm’s industry leading genetic analysis tools, which they use to explore the causes and characteristics of diseases all the way down to the level of a single cell.
