Ergomed plc,, a company focused on providing specialised services to the global pharmaceutical industry, announces that Peter George will step down from the Board with immediate effect to focus on his other business activities, in particular Benchmark Holdings plc where he was recently appointed Executive Chairman.
Guildford, UK – 25 September 2019: Ergomed plc, (LSE: ERGO) (“Ergomed” or the “Company”), a company focused on providing specialised services to the global pharmaceutical industry, today announces that Peter George will step down from the Board with immediate effect to focus on his other business activities, in particular Benchmark Holdings plc where he was recently appointed Executive Chairman.
Dr Miroslav Reljanović, Executive Chairman of Ergomed, commented: “Peter has been an integral part of the Ergomed Board for over five years, in which time he has held the roles of Non-Executive Chairman, Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director.
