Erchonia Medical Signs Exclusive Representation Agreement: The HMC Company Will Secure Joint Venture Partners Outside North America

Under the agreement, The HMC Company will secure and manage strategic partners that will market, distribute and support Erchonia’s entire offering of revolutionary medical technology products outside of North America.

The new relationship formed with The HMC Company illustrates Erchonia’s plan to become a global brand and major player in the medical device business -- an industry that grew to approximately $300 billion in 2008. Erchonia’s newest low level laser device, called Zerona™, recently appeared on the national CBS television daytime show, “The Doctors.”
