October 2011 -- A unique campaign gives winning Eppendorf customers the chance to participate in a video shoot showing the work of their laboratory and highlighting the advantages of the epMotion system in their particular application. The first epMotion customer video features Chromosomal Laboratories Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona, specialists in DNA analysis for forensic casework.
Cutting out tedious manual pipetting leaves more time to focus on real science and some of the most interesting epMotion applications will appear in a series of short videos starring Eppendorf customers and shot in their own laboratories. Launched via the epMotion web page, YouTube and social networking sites, the videos will quickly gain worldwide exposure, promoting Eppendorf’s search to fill the lead roles in future productions.
Eppendorf’s revolutionary epMotion automated pipetting systems bring precision, speed and reproducibility to a wide range of liquid handling tasks. With five models, two instrument sizes and multiple pipetting deck combinations to choose from, epMotion is the perfect companion for automated reaction set-up for PCR, qPCR and other assays, automated nucleic acid purification, as well as general liquid handling, sample dilution, hit picking and plate transfer.
