Jim Balkcom draws upon more than 30 years of experience as a CEO and Chairman of companies in multiple industries. As his career exemplifies, Jim is a business leader with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational success. He served as CEO of Techsonic Industries, the developer of the state-of-the-art Liquid Crystal Depthsounders. After selling and exiting Techsonic, he became CEO of Pameco, a $600 million revenue distribution company. He has also served on the board of directors and as Chairman at several commercial banks, distribution, and high-tech companies. A native of Atlanta, Jim attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, The United States Military Academy at West Point and has an MBA in Finance from Harvard University. Mr. Balkcom currently serves as Civilian Aid to the Secretary of The Army.
