Encision, Inc.Signs a Non-Exclusive Manufacturing, Supply and Licensing Agreement With Intuitive Surgical, Inc.

BOULDER, CO--(Marketwire - April 08, 2009) - Encision Inc. (“Encision”) (OTCBB: ECIA), a medical device company owning patented surgical technology that is emerging as a standard of care in minimally-invasive surgery, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-exclusive manufacturing, supply and licensing agreement with Intuitive Surgical Inc. (“Intuitive Surgical”) (NASDAQ: ISRG) for the purchase and use of Encision’s patented AEM® technology with Intuitive Surgical’s da Vinci® Surgical Systems. Encision’s agreement with Intuitive Surgical will allow Encision access beyond conventional laparoscopy to the next generation of minimally invasive surgery.
