The core technology on which the Regenevita technology is based was originally developed by NASA, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and was sub-licensed to Regenevita for use with Neo Natal Progenitor Cell Expansion. The option begins a due diligence period for EHSI and also begins good faith negotiations between both parties with the intention of reaching a potential Sub-License Agreement.
