PHILADELPHIA, Oct 1 (Reuters) - ImClone Systems Inc in talks to be acquired by Eli Lilly and Co, sources familiar with the situation said on Wednesday, after ImClone had rebuffed a sweetened takeover offer from Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.
