Manda Deals -- German medical devices company EKF Diagnostics Holdings has acquired the Irish medical testing business Argutus Medical for £2.18 million. The all share deal is AIM-listed EKF’s third acquisition to date, and upon completion Argutus’ CEO, Cormac Kilty, will become the company’s chief technical officer.
