HOUSTON (September 29, 2011) -- Two current customers, Heart Specialists of Ohio in Columbus, Ohio and Naugatuck Valley Cardio Associates in Middlebury, Conn. both purchased DigiNet Pro licenses for their DigiView Cardiology PACS & Structured Reporting Systems. Another Digisonics customer, Cedar Valley Medical Specialists in Waterloo, Iowa upgraded their DataLink license for their GE Vivid i ultrasound machine.
DigiNet Pro will allow users to conveniently access their complete cardiovascular PACS and reporting system with a secure login and password, via the web. Users can easily keep up with patient studies, review images, perform comprehensive analysis, and create reports while out of the office.
The DataLink module will continue to auto-populate patient biometry from Cedar Valley’s GE Vivid i ultrasound system directly to the Digisonics cardiology PACS software. This will create an efficient clinical workflow and eliminate any possibility for human entry errors.
