Deerfield, IL (June 10, 2015) – Advanced Clinical, a global, clinical organization providing full-service CRO, functional services, and strategic staffing solutions will be collaborating with the Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) at the DIA 2015 51st Annual Meeting in Washington DC. Advanced Clinical will be distributing “Medical Hero” buttons for each attendee who visits the Advanced Clinical booth and will also be contributing a donation on behalf of each visitor to further advance the ongoing initiatives at CISCRP. CISCRP is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to educating and informing the public and patients about clinical research.
“Advanced Clinical’s focus on providing a better clinical experience is not limited to the CRO-Sponsor experience; it extends to the experience our sites, vendors, and—most importantly—patients have during a clinical trial. We couldn’t be more thrilled to give back to our research community on behalf of our customers through a donation to CISCRP, whose mission to educate clinical research stakeholders in understanding public and patient attitudes and experiences in research closely aligns with Advanced’s philosophy,” said Leo Sheridan, President and CEO of Advanced Clinical.
“CISCRP really counts on the support of organizations to help further its mission to raise awareness and appreciation for study volunteers who give the gift of participation,” says Ken Getz, CISCRP’s Founder and Board Chair. “We greatly value Advanced Clinical’s contribution, and we’re delighted to be collaborating with them. This generous gift will directly support our fall AWARE for All - Chicago program, which promotes awareness and provides education about clinical research.”
