WASHINGTON, Oct 2 (Reuters) - Datascope Corp, which makes cardiovascular devices, did not infringe patents owned by Johns Hopkins University and Arrow International Inc, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled on Thursday.
