Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. To Transfer Chemical Products Business Of Sankyo Lifetech

Tokyo, Oct 30, 2006 (JCN) - Daiichi Sankyo announced October 27 that Sankyo Lifetech, its subsidiary, signed an agreement to transfer its chemical products business to Ciba Specialty Chemicals, a Swiss company, and its Japanese subsidiary.
