For the quarter ended June 30, 2008, the Company reported a net loss of approximately $4.0 million or $0.11 per share basic and diluted compared to net income of approximately $2.3 million or $0.07 per share basic and diluted for the corresponding period in 2007. At June 30, 2008, the Company had cash, cash equivalents and investments totaling $153.4 million.
