For the quarter ended March 31, 2007, the Company reported a net loss of approximately $1.1 million or $0.03 per share basic and diluted compared to a net loss of approximately $3.5 million or $0.11 per share basic and diluted for the corresponding period in 2006. At March 31, 2007, the Company had cash, cash equivalents and investments totaling $102.3 million.
