Perez, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been named President and COO, and Michael Tomsicek, currently Vice President of Corporate Finance, has been named Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Thomas Rollins has been appointed Senior Vice President of Program and Portfolio Management.
