The episodes can be watched on KVMD-TV, Channel 31, in the greater Los Angeles area, Friday mornings at 11 a.m. in March as well as streamed on the network’s website. In each of the episodes Marsha Allen, along with a guest, will cook a healthier version of a beloved food—chocolate cheesecake, chicken stir fry, sweet and sour meatballs, blueberry muffins and Hamburger Helper.
