Convaid And R82 To Exhibit At Abilities Expo New York

TORRANCE, Calif., April 28, 2016 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Convaid Products, LLC and R82, Inc., together, the Etac Junior Product Group, today announced that its business development team will be in attendance at Abilities Expo New York, to be held from April 29 through May 1, 2016, in Booth 615 at the New Jersey Convention Center.

The Group's North American West Coast Manager, Charles Larose, Mid-Atlantic Business Development Representative, Diane Latham-Dorsey and Special Events Hostess, Sarah Best, a recent college graduate who used Convaid wheelchairs throughout her childhood, will be in attendance at Abilities Expo New York.

Sarah, an adult living with Cerebral palsy, is a member of the Adaptive Climbing Group, a Brooklyn-based non-profit that makes climbing an accessible sport. She is an avid Convaid community advocate who will facilitate a selfie contest where current Convaid users will be entered into a daily drawing for Convaid wheelchair accessories during the expo. A participation prize will be mailed to all contest participants who sign a photo release.

Convaid Ambassador Andrew Pacheco and his family will make a special appearance on Saturday, April 30, 2016, and share how they use of their Convaid Cruiser for daily transportation, travel and participation in community and family events.

The business development team  will demonstrate the Convaid Trekker,  R82 StingrayConvaid Cruiser, Rodeo and EZ Rider and the Carrot 3, a best-in-class mobility restraint system for special needs families.

Abilities Expo New York is free to the public. Exhibit hours are 11AM to 5PM on both Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30; and, from 11AM to 4PM on Sunday, May 1, 2016.
