(Nasdaq:GNOM) announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 6,325,000 shares of its common stock at $12.50 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to 825,000 additional shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares in the offering were offered by Complete Genomics.
