Anyone who has ever held a job will quickly add workplace conflict to the list of things that are bound to happen, whether they’re a computer programmer or a truck driver. Fortunately, conflicts can be dealt with so that they don’t become destructive or escalate to the point where dialogue can no longer fix them.
