Laboratories International, Inc. (NYSE: CRL) today completed the previously announced sale of its Phase II-IV Clinical Services business to Kendle International Inc. The sale of the business was completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Stock Purchase Agreement, as amended, between Charles River and Kendle dated as of May 9, 2006.
