COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CELSION CORPORATION (AMEX:CLN) today announced that on September 27, 2006, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota dismissed the patent infringement lawsuit filed by American Medical Systems, Inc. (AMS) against Celsion Corporation (AMEX:CLN) for lack of personal jurisdiction. On September 28, 2006, AMS filed a new suit against Celsion in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, where both companies are incorporated, alleging that Celsion’s Prolieve Thermodilation® System infringes the patents previously asserted in the Minnesota suit.
