Mr. McDonald is a creative leader with extensive business and organizational development background with experience in efficient execution and achievement of business and financial milestones. He has successfully structured more than $30 million in equity financing and has been a financial advisor on business strategy and financial opportunities for over 150 emerging companies.
Mr. McDonald currently serves as a Managing Partner for Venture Velocity; a Seattle based professional services company. Since 2000, Mr. McDonald has served as Managing Director and CFO of the Investment Forum. Under his direction and leadership, this non-profit organization has produced regional educational programs and investment forums of the highest quality with more than thirty-five professional groups.
Mr. McDonald also serves as Director of the Seattle/Northwest Chapter of Keiretsu Forum, which he co-founded. Keiretsu Forum is one of the largest and most prestigious networks of accredited angel investors in North America. He has spearheaded business development, membership relations and investment opportunities and served as board advisor to a number of emerging companies.
