(OTC: CBSI), a developer of medical devices and patented technologies for the living tissue markets, including plastic, cosmetic, and orthopedic surgeries, today announced it will change its name to Tulip BioMed, Inc., effective immediately, based on voting results of a quorum of shareholders who voted for the change. The company also announced the launch of a new website to support the name change, www.tulipbiomed.com.
