(Nasdaq: CASM - News), a medical device company focused on innovative non-invasive vital signs monitoring, announced today that Andrew Kersey, Chief Operating Officer and Jeffery Baird, Chief Financial Officer will be presenting an overview of the Company at the Roth Capital Partners Leaders in Small and Micro-Cap Markets Conference in New York City, Thursday, September 7, 2006 at 2:30 pm Eastern Time. The conference is being held at the Westin New York in Times Square, New York City.

Mr. Kersey and Mr. Baird will provide a brief corporate overview and discuss the Company’s Cerebral Oximeter, FORE-SIGHT(TM), which is planned for launch by the end of 2006.
