MURRAY HILL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--C. R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) today reported 2011 third quarter financial results. Third quarter 2011 net sales were $719.2 million, an increase of 6 percent over the prior-year period on a reported basis, 3 percent on a constant currency basis.
For the third quarter 2011, net sales in the U.S. were $486.5 million, an increase of 2 percent. Net sales outside the U.S. were $232.7 million, an increase of 17 percent on a reported basis, 7 percent on a constant currency basis.
