Hubert Joly brings deep strategic, operational and financial expertise that spans more than three decades. Mr. Joly currently serves as Executive Chairman of Best Buy Co., Inc, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer and then as Chairman and CEO from 2012 until 2019. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Joly served as Chief Executive Officer of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and then from 2008 to 2012 was Chief Executive Officer of Carlson Companies, a global hospitality and travel company. Prior to that, Mr. Joly held various leadership roles at Vivendi and Electronic Data Systems France. Mr. Joly began his career at McKinsey & Company, eventually serving as Partner, working for global clients in a variety of different industries. Mr. Joly currently serves on the Board of Ralph Lauren Corporation and Best Buy.
