LONDON (Dow Jones)--U.K. specialty pharmaceuticals company BTG PLC (BGC.LN) Friday said it has agreed to buy medical technology company Biocompatibles International PLC (BII.LN) in a GBP177.2 million cash and share deal it says will create an international specialist healthcare business.
