The Marie Sklodowska-Curie Oncology Center is a European Comprehensive Cancer Center that has regional branches in multiple locations and is the leading cancer research and treatment center in Poland. The research staff is internationally recognized for its clinical research in oncology, and the Research Division has been awarded the title of “National Center of Excellence” by the Polish Ministry of Science. The department of radiotherapy is directed by Dr. Tomasz Filipowski, who also serves as Deputy Director of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Oncology Center.
