SULZBACH, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) today announced the signing of a worldwide IT outsourcing contract with Germany-based BSN Medical GmbH, an international provider of medical products for wound care, orthopedics and phlebology. Under the contract, Unisys will provide BSN Medical with a comprehensive suite of IT services. The five-year contract has an estimated value to Unisys of $35 million.
