Robyn was Chief Strategy & Customer Experience Officer at Rallyhood in Austin, TX until 2017. Prior to that, she was the Vice President, Strategic Planning at HCA. She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Health Sector Management certificate. She also received a Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree from UCLA. Robyn’s background includes strategic, service line and facility master planning, executive communications, physician relations, research and analytics, project management, interior design, and community relations.

Gary retired in 2015 after 16 years as President and Chief Executive Officer at St. Luke’s Hospital, Chesterfield, Missouri. He also served as Executive Vice President at St. Luke’s and as an Associate Administrator. Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Gary was an Assistant Administrator for Lafayette Home Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Gary received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois State University and a master’s in healthcare administration from Washington University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and served as Regent for three years for the State of Missouri. He also served on the Board of Trustees for the Missouri Hospital Association for over ten years and was the Chairman in 2011. Gary has served on several boards including the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and YMCA of Greater Saint Louis.

The concept of external board members has been discussed at various times over the years. However, the idea accelerated when the firm became an ESOP in 2017. “While we have tried to vary the board members in terms of their backgrounds, we are still all working in the same company, in the same industry, and with similar clients every day,” says Chairman Kevin Token. “With the addition of the external members the BSA board will be challenged with different perspectives. Robyn and Gary will improve the quantity and quality of diversified opinions and ideas.”
