Bristol-Myers Squibb Prices $1.5 Billion Of Senior Notes

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) today announced that it has agreed to sell $1.5 billion of senior unsecured notes: $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 1.600% notes due 2019 and $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.250% notes due 2027, in an underwritten public offering.

Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Bristol-Myers Squibb intends to use the proceeds from the offering to fund its share repurchase program and for general corporate purposes.
