FORT LEE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cindy Cullen, Associate Director of Digital Certificate Services, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, has been named Chief Technology Officer, SAFE-BioPharma Association, it was announced today. Ms. Cullen will serve as SAFE-BioPharma’s CTO while continuing her Bristol-Myers Squibb responsibilities. SAFE-BioPharma Association is the non-profit association of large pharmaceutical companies that developed and manages the SAFE™ digital identity and signature standard.
