Cincinnati -- The business of developing, testing and producing new drugs and medical devices is creating new job opportunities in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Employment among the 300 biotech companies in southwest Ohio increased by nearly 400 jobs in 2009 – despite the recession, according to preliminary data from BioOhio, the Columbus-based nonprofit that monitors the industry statewide.
