Boston Business Journal -- The biotechnology industry has remained remarkably resilient throughout the economic downturn. A new report by accounting firm Ernst & Young found that the biotech industry actually had its most profitable year yet in 2009, although the report notes that some of this gain was due to cost-cutting and consolidation.
