Biotechs On Best And Worst Lists In WSJ Review

February 26, 2007 -- Today’s Wall Street Journal published a list of the best and worst performers of the WSJ 1000 today. It contains the best and worst performing stocks for the past 1-year, 3-year, 5-year and 10-year periods. No biotech or pharma made it into the top 25 for one-year performance. But our favorite biotech picks, Celgene and Gilead Sciences, made the top 25 for 10-year performance. Celgene came in fourth overall with a gain of 51.1%, while Gilead was 13th with a gain of 35.4%.
