BioTech Medics, Inc. in Preliminary Negotiations to Air SHBAN(TM) TV Infomercials

BioTech Medics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BMCS) announced today that they have entered preliminary discussions to air SHBAN™ Antimicrobial Hand Sanitizer one minute and two minute short form TV infomercials starting this Fall. The satellite and cable network is located in Florida and has nearly 15 million households.

BioTech will be offering a SHBAN Sanitizer Package for $19.95 plus shipping. If the response rate is just above a conservative three tenths of one percent Gross Sales are estimated to exceed $1 million.

A few weeks ago BioTech announced that it had contracted to start conducting independent clinical testing of its patented SHBAN™ Hand Sanitizer Solution to prove it kills the H1N1 (Swine) Influenza A virus in compliance with FDA and EPA standards. The testing has started.

In 2007 BioTech conducted an independent study to determine the efficacy of virucidal SHBAN against Avian H5N1 Influenza NIBRG-14 Virus (also known as the Avian Bird Flu). BioTech reported that the SHBAN Solution had clinically proven its anti-viral properties and had topically killed the Avian Influenza virus. Significantly, SHBAN was proven non-toxic with “no cytotoxicity observed on the MDCK cell line after treatment.”

SHBAN™ in previous in vitro and in vivo testing has been evaluated for its antimicrobial properties against Staph. Aureus, Staph. Epidermidis, EC. Faecalis, E. Coli and Ps. Aeruginosa.
