An Alpharetta biotech company, on whose board former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush sits, is completing a nearly $25 million raise. CorMatrix Cardiovascular is developing biomaterial devices that harness the body’s ability to repair damaged cardiovascular tissue and rebuild parts of the heart. Last year, CorMatrix raised $15 million of the planned $25 million round, and relocated to a new 28,500-square-foot corporate headquarters in Roswell.
