These credit lines have been established to enable the company to secure necessary long lead-time electronic components used in its family of biometrically-activated products.
The Company received purchase orders for its smartTOUCH(TM) Garage Door Opener from retail giant The Home Depot as well as several hundred more online orders. The credit lines will assist the Company in meeting increased manufacturing quotas caused by the growing demand for its products from retailers and consumers.
