San Diego-based real estate provider’s Granta Park campus serves UK’s thriving life science community
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BioMed Realty, which owns, acquires, develops, leases and manages laboratory and office space for tenants in core life science/biotech markets, has expanded into the rapidly growing UK market. Global operations expert Radius is providing expat assignment services and payroll and human resource support to streamline BioMed Realty’s overseas expansion.

BioMed Realty operates Granta Park, a 120-acre estate in Cambridge, UK, that serves some of the world’s leading science and biotechnology companies. Radius also helped with establishing compensation packages and implementing a range of HR services for BioMed Realty’s first UK national employee.
