12 September 2013 -- The BioIndustry Association is delighted to announce that this year’s UK Bioscience Forum, taking place on 10 October in central London, is now CPD-certified. This quality mark for the event means that delegates can now use their attendance at the event as self certified continued professional development.

By popular demand, the Bioscience Got Talent company showcase is back, this year focusing on recent Biomedical Catalyst winners.
Attendees will also hear about the very latest on tackling antimicrobial resistance in healthcare-associated infections, public private partnerships in translational vaccinology and accelerating vaccine development, along with practical advice for accessing international markets such as India, China and the USA.
BBSRC Innovator of the year competition winner Dr Ryan Donnelly will also present his research on the use of microneedles for transdermal drug delivery and patient monitoring. To close the event there will be a very timely discussion on whether the recent IPO bubble is here to stay or not and a closing keynote presentation by Jim Greenwood, President and CEO, BIO in his first visit to the UK in over five years.
With 300 bioscience professionals expected to attend the event in an easy to reach central London location with speed partnering, and networking, a busy exhibition hall in addition to the packed agenda the UK Bioscience Forum is the autumn event for UK bioscience.
