Licensing agreement has been signed between Finnish healthcare company Biohit Oyj and Chinese pharmaceutical company GrandPharma. The agreement gives GrandPharma the rights to use intellectual property rights and know-how of Biohit to exclusively manufacture market and distribute in China the acetaldehyde binding products developed by Biohit. GrandPharma is a large scale, modern and comprehensive distributor and producer of pharmaceutical in pharmaceutical enterprise.
